Terms of Service for Seba
Last Updated: October 22, 2026
1. Acceptance
By playing Seba, a game published by Nathan de Castro ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
2. The game
Seba is a free card game of mythical creatures and gods. You receive free packs over time, collect cards, add friends and trade cards with them. Cards have no monetary value and cannot be sold or exchanged outside the game. Packs are never sold.
3. Deep Pouch
The Deep Pouch is an optional one-time purchase that raises the number of packs you can keep in store. It is sold through Google Play or the App Store, under their terms and refund policies. It is linked to your store account and can be restored with "Restore purchase". A refunded purchase is removed from your game account.
4. Your account
You can play as a guest; saving your collection with an email lets you keep it on a new device. Keep your password private: you are responsible for what happens under your account.
5. Fair play
- Choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else's.
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate the game or attack its servers.
- Do not use trades or friend codes to harass other players.
We may rename, suspend or delete an account that breaks these rules.
6. Content and credits
Card artworks are historic works in the public domain, credited on each card. Creature data comes from Wikipedia and Wikidata, and the descriptions are written for Seba. If you think a card is wrong or offensive, report it from the card.
7. Availability
We work to keep Seba running well, but we provide it "as is", without guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. We may change the cards, rules and features over time.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for loss of game data arising from the use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Ending your use
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account).
10. Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and applicable law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by French law.
