Delete Your Seba Account

Important: deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your collection cannot be recovered.

Delete it in the game

  1. Open Seba and tap the person icon at the top of the home screen.
  2. Tap Delete account (Delete my data when playing as a guest).
  3. Confirm with Delete.

Your account and its data are deleted right away, guests included.

No access to the game? Ask us by email

Send us an email from the address you saved your collection with (guests: include your friend code, shown in the Friends tab). We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

Email a deletion request

What is deleted

  • Your account (random identifier, and your email and password if you saved them)
  • Your collection, packs and allowance, and your display name
  • Your friends, friend code and trade offers
  • Your push notification devices
  • Your first-find credits (those cards can be found first again)
  • Your Deep Pouch claim; the purchase stays with your store account and can be restored on a new account

Nothing is kept after deletion, except crash reports, which Crashlytics removes after 90 days.
