Welcome to SpinLab! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SpinLab ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the SpinLab mobile application and web services (collectively, the "Service").

SpinLab acts as a marketplace platform. We do not employ coaches and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of lessons provided by coaches.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SpinLab. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Players can book lessons with coaches through the Service. Bookings are subject to coach availability and acceptance.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Coaches will receive payment for completed lessons minus applicable service fees, typically within 7-14 business days via Stripe Connect.
Users may leave reviews and ratings for coaches. You agree that:
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, logos, trademarks, and design, is owned by SpinLab and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, reviews, photos). By submitting content, you grant SpinLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SpinLab does not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of coach profiles or lessons. We are not responsible for the conduct of coaches or players. Users interact at their own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPINLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPINLAB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
SpinLab is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or disputes that occur during or related to tennis lessons arranged through the Service. Users participate in lessons at their own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SpinLab, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the French Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SpinLab regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
