You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, reviews, photos). By submitting content, you grant SpinLab a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SpinLab does not guarantee the quality, safety, accuracy, or legality of coach profiles or lessons. We are not responsible for the conduct of coaches or players. Users interact at their own risk.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPINLAB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SPINLAB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10.4 Injuries and Disputes

SpinLab is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or disputes that occur during or related to tennis lessons arranged through the Service. Users participate in lessons at their own risk.
