SpinLab is a platform connecting tennis players with certified coaches for booking lessons and training sessions.

- Authentication: Sign-in credentials (email/password or third-party authentication via Google Sign-In)
- Coach Profiles: For coaches, we collect professional information including certifications, specializations, hourly rates, availability, and bio
- Payment Information: Payment card details processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
- Booking Information: Details of lessons booked, including date, time, location, and notes
- Communication: Messages and reviews exchanged through the platform
2.2 Location Information
With your permission, we collect and process location data to:
- Help you find coaches near your location
- Display coach locations and court addresses
- Calculate distance between you and available coaches
You can disable location services in your device settings, but this may limit certain features of the Service.
2.3 Usage and Device Information
We automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the Service:
- Device type, operating system, and version
- App usage statistics and crash reports (via Firebase)
- IP address and general location (country/region)
- Browser type and language preferences

- Provide and Maintain the Service: Enable booking, coach discovery, and communication features
- Process Payments: Facilitate secure payment transactions for lesson bookings

4.1 With Other Users
- Coach profiles (name, photo, certifications, ratings, location) are visible to all users
- Player names and photos are shared with coaches when bookings are made
- Reviews and ratings are publicly visible

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:
- Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, cloud storage, and analytics
- Stripe: Payment processing (Stripe has its own privacy policy)
- Google Maps: Geocoding and mapping services

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).

Your information is stored on secure servers provided by Firebase (Google Cloud). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails or by adjusting your notification preferences in the app.

You can disable location permissions in your device settings at any time.
