⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

Recommended Method: In-App Deletion

Open the SpinLab mobile app
Go to your Profile screen
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm the deletion

Your account will be deleted immediately, and you will be signed out.

Alternative: Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

Include your registered email address in the message. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Will Be Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo)
All future bookings (will be automatically cancelled)
All reviews you've written
Your coach profile (if you registered as a coach)
Your Firebase authentication account

What Happens to Past Bookings?

Completed bookings may be retained in anonymized form for financial, legal, and tax compliance purposes. Personal identifying information will be removed, but transaction records required by law (e.g., for Stripe, tax authorities) may be retained.
