Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 27, 2026
Overview
This privacy policy applies to apps and games developed by Nathan De Castro ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling any information related to your use of our applications responsibly and transparently.
Our applications vary in scope. Some store data exclusively on your device, while others include cloud-connected features (such as account sync or online progress). This policy covers both cases. The specific data practices of each app are described within the app itself or in its store listing.
Information We Collect
Apps without cloud features do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All data (such as settings or game progress) remains local to your device.
Apps with cloud-connected features may collect and store the following types of information in order to operate the service:
- Account credentials (e.g. email address used for sign-in)
- User-generated content or progress data you choose to sync
- Basic technical identifiers needed to associate your data with your account
We collect only the minimum data required for the app to function. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cloud Storage & Firebase
For apps that include cloud features, data is stored using Firebase (a platform operated by Google). Firebase stores your data on Google's secure servers. As the operator of our Firebase project, we have administrative access to that data as is necessary to maintain, support, and operate the service — this is standard practice for any cloud-based application or SaaS platform.
We access user data only as required to provide and maintain the service, investigate reported issues, or comply with legal obligations. We do not browse, mine, or exploit user data for any other purpose.
Firebase's own privacy practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use third-party services that have their own privacy policies. These may include:
- Google Play Services — Required for app distribution and updates on Android devices. Google Privacy Policy
- Firebase (Google) — Used for cloud storage, authentication, and real-time features in applicable apps. Firebase Privacy Policy
- AdMob (if applicable) — Some free apps may display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers for ad personalization. AdMob Privacy Policy
If an app uses additional services, they will be disclosed within the app or its store listing.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. If you request deletion of your account or personal data, it will be permanently and immediately removed from our Firebase database upon processing your request.
To request data deletion, contact us at the address below. We aim to process all deletion requests promptly.
Your Rights (GDPR & Privacy Laws)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — Request immediate deletion of your data.
- Right to portability — Request your data in a portable format.

Children's Privacy
Our apps do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the data we store, including use of Firebase's built-in security rules and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. By using our apps, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.
Limitation of Liability
Our apps are provided "as is." We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any data loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including outages or changes to third-party services such as Firebase.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
